TF02-Pro-W Bulk-Material Level Detection LiDAR

Industrial-grade self-cleaning LiDAR

TF02-Pro-W is a single-point LiDAR developed specifically for bulk material volume monitoring. It has similar specs to TF02-Pro, but comes with a little squeegee to help remove the dust from the LiDAR's cover glass, so you don't have to worry about stuff building up affecting the detection accuracy, even in a really dusty environment.

TF02-Pro-W LiDAR comes with a little squeegee to help remove the dust from the LiDAR's cover glass, so you don't have to worry about stuff building up affecting the detection accuracy, even in a really dusty environment like warehouses storing bulk material. This self-cleaning function can also help save the maintenance cost.
This squeegee is integrated with the LiDAR, therefore, is powered by the LiDAR itself and performs automated self-cleaning. The self-cleaning module has a default setting. However, you can customise the settings based on the actual working environment.

TF02-Pro-W supports UART, I²C, RS485 ports and Modbus protocol. Multiple wireless data transmission methods like LoRaWAN, 4G, Wi-Fi are supported. TF02-Pro-W uses batteries. We also provide network configuration support.

Non-contact measurement,
built-in dust-filtering algorithm

ToF-based non-contact measurement prevents the contamination of the measured material and the sensor.

Narrow Field of View (FoV) allows for a highly-accurate measurement, which makes TF02-Pro-W an ideal choice for bulk material volume monitoring, since this application specifically values high-accuracy.
